We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely happy, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns.
Can I Get a Refund?
To qualify for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and unwashed—just as you received them. We suggest trying items on indoors carefully, just in case you need to send them back. If they don’t meet these criteria, we won’t be able to process a refund.
If you’d like to return an item, just email us at info@cheekychiandco.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed..
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, so we highly recommend measuring your pup before placing an order. Need help? Check out our Size Guide to find the perfect fit!
For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping hold of your tracking number. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for lost return packages.
Please note: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll check the item(s) and send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (processing times depend on your bank).
Where’s My Refund?
If it’s been 10 business days since you received your refund confirmation but the money hasn’t shown up:
Check your bank account (please remember that original shipping costs won’t be refunded).
Reach out to your bank or card provider—sometimes, it takes a little longer to process on their end. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@cheekychiandco.com and we’ll be happy to help!
Do You Offer Exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges, as our products can sell out quickly. To make sure you get the right size, we recommend using our Size Guide before ordering.
If you need a different size we suggest following the return process and then placing a new order for the item you’d like.
